I am ALIVE

Hey Everyone,
I bet your all wondering why I have not been on huh?
Well I have not been on cause life had thrown some curves
and before I knew it, time slipped away... However things are going better
for me now.. Tuesday is Court day yet again.. Yep Back to court for
workmans comp.. This time they want to drop my money down to
$53.00 a week. LOL.. But now get this.... I called my lawyer and told him
to get me off of all of it... I could not believe what I was told. LMAO

They can not take me off WC unless I go get a job and then report it to them
with a paystub proving I am working.. it does not matter that my hubby does not
want me to work right now.. they can not remove me from it... I even quit going to
Work Hardening because they wanted me to travel 50 miles one way everyday
and I refuse.. they don't pay well enough for me to place 500 miles a week on my
truck.. I am so sick og these people.. So now I am doing what I can to force them to
remove me... I just want to settle out and get on with my life...

As for my shoulder, Well it does hurt and I have lost a lot of mobilty in it.. But
I can move it a little more with less pain then before... I know I will always have the
pain. But it is better then letting other people tell me how to live my life..

OK enough of them... I had a wonderful day yesterday.. Yep it was my birthday and
I spent the day laying on my couch watching TV and just relaxing.. I need that.. I keep so
busy during the week that I sometimes forget myself.. But last weekend was also wonderful
I spent the whole weekend sitting by a pool and just relaxing.. it was wonderful.
I was gonna post a pic of me at the pool, But my computer decided it didn't wanna.
oh well,

Well I guess thats it for now.. I will try to post more often.. and I promise to get to
all of your blogs this week...
