72 Degrees to 20

Well I Have come home from 72 degree temps to this. Yep we got a snow storm hit us the day I arrived home which was Tuesday and the snow did not stop till Late last night. I hear the town I live in got 24" on top of what we already had. Which means we got about 3 feet of snow here.. It is beautiful to look at when your inside and warm. but man is it cold outside. Think I need a warmer climate to live in, LOL. But like I told everyone, I just can't live where there is nothing but cement. Oh Well looks like I stay here a few more years. Or at least till the  Grandchildren are grown and no longer so cute. LOL

In California

this is Amanda..Jade's DIL. She asked me if I would guest blog for her this week. She just left for California to visit her daughter today. Her Murphy's Law theory and horoscope could not have been more correct.

to start her car would not start cost her over $500 to fix it. She then decides screw this car she has had since 94 (drove it off the lot). She then goes car shopping and fell in love with a 99 Blazer. She then says ok I am going to buy this. She and her hubby go to the dealership to get it and they say well it doesn't pass inspection yet so we can't let you have it yet. I guess the battery died and when that happens on those types of vehicles I guess you have to drive it until the computer "clicks" on to be normal again. After about 5-7 trips about 30 miles away to see if her truck was ready guess what it was not. Finally on Tuesday they said that they were just going to put a new computer in the Blazer and she would have it late afternoon. Well late afternoon came Tuesday night at 10:30 p.m. and she even drove half way to meet the people. She at least had another vehicle give to her by them to use while they were trying to figure her Blazer out.

Next on her Murphy's Law today while around the airport somehow she dropped her cell phone and the shuttle bus she was taking ran it over. So now she has no way to get in contact with her daughter the way that was planned. Her hubby called me this morning asking me to call Brandy(her daughter) and tell her that she has no cell. So hopefully all goes well there!!!!
