Concert was GREAT

What an awesome concert. Every year my sister and I try to do one concert and more if we can afford it. This year it was forienger & Styx, there was 5 of us in total that went this year. My sister, brother, hubby, me, & my sister's friend. we had a ball.. my hubby & brother got drunk as always during a concert and they were funnier then hell, But the concert itself was awesome.. However I have to say this.. now this is something I never thought I would say.. But Styx had way to much base going on.. it literely made you vibrate on the floor... But they were still awesome, LOL... and it could have had a lot to do with the fact we were only 10 rows up from the stage. Now I tell ya, thats the way to see a concert. we were not to close nor were we to far away.. it was an awesome night right up to the end when my God Daughter decided to awol from the group home they put her in.. Man was I pissed.. so I spent the next 3 hours calling the home to see if she returned. lucky for her, she did on her own accord. so she was safe and sound and I then went to bed. yep at 3 am..what a shitty ending to an otherwise awesome night. Then I got up early to go see the brat.. so in all my weekend was a good one.. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.

Miss Me?

LOL, I bet ya do. miss my bitchin huh? well guess what?
Even through life has been a little rough on me since Dec.
I am not gonna bitch about it all this time.. Nope Life is good..
I am up and going on Ebay and getting ready in the next couple of weeks to Open an Ebay Store where I can put larger items..
Very soon I am going to be adding lots of Antiques to my Auctions..
So things are looking up for me..

Yep still fighting with Workmans Comp... June 19th I go and testify. Fun wow..
right shoulder hurts just as bad if not worse then the left now. But as always I will survive this one as well.. ya know sometimes it sucks to just be brave, LOL

As for the Young Lady I was taking care of, well she is now in a group home about 60 miles away and she loves it there.. She has school year round. However they are going to let her get a job either working at the nursing home next door or at the local SPCA... I get to call her every night and I get to see her once a week if I want.. they said I could every day.. But man thats a drive to go everyday. so she will be lucky to see me once a week. LOL... However she can not come for a home visit for 6 months.. the judge was really mad at her... Well I also told you about her mother putting the pills in her purse.. The Judge thought she was lieing and made her take a lie detector test.. she passed ... But the judge still felt this young lady would do better in a group home. I think he was right. this is the only was she will learn.. Also the case with the pills itself in the other court was kinda dismissed.. he let it go cause the young lady was placed.. so she is lucky he did that for her... But it all works out in the end. She has to make her own mistakes and learn from them and maybe, just maybe she will grow up to be a wonderful person... which she is now. but you all know what I mean. LOL

OK, Now life is busy for me. But getting better. not much more to say on that.. I am dealing with everything one day at a time and learning to say no to people. this is a good thing. means I am taking more time for me. OK so I get more time to work. but thats OK at least I will make a little money. LOL...

I see I am loseing staus on a few blogs that have deleted me from their blogrolls.. hum, looks like I better get back here a little more often before you all think I left for good... sorry you can't get rid of me that easy. LOL..

OK off to read the blogs and leave a few comments... maybe I can get my status back. LOL

Life Strikes Again

Hey everyone,
Well I am back yet again.. Life has been something.. OK here goes.. I went to court for my WOrkmans Comp Yesterday.. it turned out better then I thought.. FIrst I was being told that I could not get off Comp unless I had a job. SO I started my on business. Now they do not send me cash anymore and I don't have to look for work either. LOL. However they do still got to pay for all my medical for my left shoulder. But now here is the Kick.. My right shoulder has gone to hell. yep you read that right.. my right shoulder now has tendinitious and arthroris in it.. The drs are doing to order a MRI on it But want me in PT for it first. However I can't go until they authorize it (WC) . we go back to court in June where I then testify that my right shoulder is in lots of pain due to over use of it while the left has been hurt for 3 years. all this will really do is delay the settling out part until maybe Sept if I don't need surgery. However in the end I will get paid for both shoulders with W.Comp having to take care of all the medical bills for it.. so I guess thats not to bad...

OK Now I need ya all to go look me up on ebay and BUY, LOL.. you find me as SilverJade37.. HINT HINT... like my hints?? LOL... Now here comes some good stuff....

I go to court this morning for the young lady I took custody of back in Dec. we went to court last tuesday and the judge almost took her then. But he gave her one more chance and said for her not to miss one day of school or the cops would come pick her up and she would go away for a year. Well guess what she did... she went to school the next day and they did random searches of lockers and stuff.. She got caught with a bottle of pills in her purse.. yes they were non addicting and non narcotic. However with the 0 tolerance thing. she got arrested and 5 days supened.. well thats more then one day of missed school.. now the pills did belong to her mother and her mother is taking the fall for it.. But because her mother forgot she put the pills in her daughter purse the day before (she had no pockets and therefore she put them in daughters purse) , her daughter could go away for a year.. I hope she feels good about herself for that one..

Then tomorrow night we go to court on that charge. Yep . even if they take her. she has to apear in court for it and I have to be there as I had custody.. so what a fun week this has been so far.. I wonder if the rest of this month could get any worse? I hope not. I need a vacation like really really bad... OK I am off.. Hope you all have a great rest of week and a great weekend coming..
